Mother's Day Weekend

On late Friday afternoon, the air was a bit cool but the sun was out. Perfect weather for golf.

The few clouds that populated the sky on Friday were giving way to blue on Saturday morning.

The lake level is -13.5 inches below the nail, up 1 inch from last weekend. We really need rain.

The trees are greening up fast. Last week you had to look hard to see the green in the hills. This weekend it was hard not to see it.

The trillium are at peak. They cover the northwoods.

By sunset on Saturday, a few clouds started to push in and the air went from warm to cool to cold.

Construction on the north end of the lake progressed well last week.

The eastern house had it's second story started.

The eastern house is deeper so it may take more time to complete.

The site of the old cabin 3 is largely untouched.

We fished for a while and caught nothing. The fish are not on the cribs yet. Maybe next weekend.
