Turning

Here in the extreme southwestern corner of the lake area the weather is very summery (80's, close to 90 (°F)) and dry. The Knottlane convention and pool party continues with small groups gathering today to discuss php coding, drone image angles, and the futility of betting on football games.

Back in the northeastern corner of the lake, the creek is still flowing. The lake is refusing to give back the gains in lake level made this year. Yay!

The weather was not so cold. The last lawn mowing of the year did not involve snow removal.

There was also some road building at the top of the sugarbush on the west side of the lake.

The ice is still not in. We'll get the ice-in contest up sometime this week. Until then, you should probably not swim in the lake (causes hypothermia) and stay away from "sure things" involving the Dallas Cowboys (causes poorness, crabbiness).
