It got more populated, louder, more fun and drinky-er as the late night passed into early morning.
Drinks became more and more distinct. Both in the ingredients and the use of traditional and nontraditional garnishes. It was noted that a potato chip does not a good garnish make. So far, the amount of rain we got last week has not been spoken of. We didn't get much. Almost none. This week will be better. As this is being written a storm has dumped 2.5 inches on Lake Lucerne and more is predicted. When it's all over, the lake should be higher than 30 inches below the nail. Huzzah! The fish we've seen while diving for golf balls have been plentiful and active. There's more but the lake is warm, flat and calling, nay, shouting for skiers.
