| The bar was opened on Friday night. The evening held many micro-events including 3 passes of the ISS (only one was observed), pool, bar rail bowling, cigars, deck fires and trying to pull moisture from the thick air using iced drinks to boost the lake level. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We arrived late on Friday after some pleasant golf at Nicolet. The sky was blue, the plants were green and the lake was rough-ish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The southern wind made the north end of the lake too white cappy for skiing on Saturday. It was fine though for golf ball diving. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The audio stream is back on the webcam and maintenance was performed on the recorder page and software. The only complaint is not enough rain in the images it captures. The lake area did not need this last rainless week. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| It looked like rain all weekend, but we got none. It did rain 0.5 inches on Monday and more is predicted. This is good. I hope we get it. The past few Julys have been dry and cool, giving up any rise in lake level we saw in June. This July looks different so far. -Nemo is watching the skies. |
