Friday, August 13th, was sunny, cool and a little rough.
Saturday was better. It was also Meg's birthday.
The flat water was quickly exploited by the skiless types.
The skied also did some exploiting.
We dove the cliffs on the east shore across from ALF's place.
The sun looks quite different from 50 feet down under. Not quite as stunning as the sunrise photos posted at ALF's site. They are some of the best I've ever seen.
As we went up the cliffs, the warmer water above 30 feet was very welcome (it's 45 F below 30 feet!).
Later we dove the bay next to the boat landing. I think this metal box is a fishing thing.
This purple grass was in 15 feet of water.
We came across an old-style mine crib. No fish though.
Krispa choose not to enter the northwoods and tormented people "South of Hwy 64".
Saturday evening was beautiful, dark and deep. But I had promises to keep. And 210 miles to go before I could sleep.
