| Thursday and Friday were picture perfect. The dry, sunny and calm.weather was not to last into the weekend. |
| The nights were crystal clear. To the north you could see Andromeda (M31) with the naked eye. |
| The Milky Way dominated the sky overhead. |
| By Saturday the clouds were movng in and it started getting windy. |
| Great weather to attend Lake Lucerne Fun Days! |
| The event seemed well attended but parking was not a problem early. |
| This old Model T truck caught our eye. |
| I particularly liked the flying duck radiator cap. |
| There was an auction. |
| The basketball contest was augmented with a football throwing event. |
| All the action left us happy yet tired by the time we left. |
| Some accepted the September weather, others choose to rage against it (which did not help). |
| We may yet see some seasonal weather, but the leaf changing feels just a few weeks away. |
