| The cool nights are taking their toll on the lake temperature. The lake is covered in a thick blanket of steam on calm mornings. |

| The lake level was under 6 inches above the nail and then the rain came. It's now 7.5 inches above the nail and rising as the runoff continues to flow into the lake |
| The water is getting colder but is really clear. These rocks are 7 feet deep. |
| Peak color weekend was not. There were bits of color here and there but summer green was the predominate pigment. 2 weeks till peak? |
| Meg and I found some old sparklers while cleaning. |
